On the main floor there is a spacious living-dining room on two levels with large windows overlooking the wonderful views of the sea and the swimming pool. In the living room we can find a large dining room.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and access to the covered terrace.

On this floor there are two bedrooms with access to the outside
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Exit to the outside and sea view.
The ground floor
There are four bedrooms: all of them have access to the outside and sea view.
Bedroom 2: has a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: has a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: has a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: has three single beds
All rooms have air conditioning
Swimming pool and garden
The house has a spacious garden with a barbecue. We find the swimming pool in it, with panoramic views to all the Mediterranean villages.
Surroundings
The house is located near Platja d'Aro, an exceptional village that offers a wide range of family activities, shops, restaurants, as well as guided visits to the old town of Castell d'Aro, for example.
Parking is available on the property.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
The price of the cleaning costs includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
For bookings of more than 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.
