Villa Boreal is a cozy house located in a quiet area of Calonge just 5 km from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and the centre of Palamós.
Boreal is a rustic villa with lots of natural light and a typical Mediterranean style adjacent to a large nature reserve. This is a two-storey villa that can be completely detached ideal for a large family or two families. In total, the villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 10 people.
From the outside of the villa, you will find a large staircase leading to the main house and also the entrance to the ground level that you will find by the garden and the pool. These two floors with independent entrances communicate with each other inside the villa.
The main house has a large living room with sofas and TV (includes smart tv and Chromecast) as well as the dining area from where you can enjoy panoramic mountain and sea views. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. On the same floor you will find a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture ideal for enjoying a beautiful evening with sea and mountain views.

The studio, located on the ground floor, has a second kitchen, a living room with sofas and a pool table with direct garden access. There are also two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: Double with two single beds and a built-in closet.
Bedroom 5: Double with two single beds and a hanging wardrobe.
Villa Boreal has a beautiful outdoor garden area with private pool and dedicated dining area. There is also enjoy a poolside porch where you can relax and have casual meals with family or friends.
The property has parking within the same property for several cars.
The villa is located in a residential area of Calonge where you will find common facilities that can be accessed such as tennis court, football, ping-pong table, communal swimming pool and playground.
Its wooded setting is ideal for a disconnected holiday between the mountain paths and the idyllic beaches of the Costa Brava. Calonge is a town known for its wines and from the villa you can enjoy a walk to at least two vineyards and take guided tours of the wineries in the area (we recommend booking in advance). During your stay on the Costa Brava, you will be able to get to know everything that makes it as special as the circular paths and the small rocky coves. This region of Costa Brava excellent for outdoor activities with many beaches where you can soak up the sun, snorkel, scuba dive, kayak or sail. The area is a biker’s paradise for both road and mountain cycling, with scenery ranging from flat prairie to rolling hillside terrain along the rugged coast.
