Casa Maravilla is a cozy house located in the urbanization of the golf course of Santa Cristina d'Aro, a 10km from the beaches.
It is a one-story house with lots of natural light and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace.
Bedroom 1: suite with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: double bed (2x 90x200cm).
Bedroom 3: suite with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and shower. This room has direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 4: two single beds (80x180cm) with possibility of 4 single beds. There is a separate bathroom with bath / shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, etc. You can access the laundry with a washing machine, dryer and separate toilet through the kitchen or living room.
The villa has large windows that allow an incredible panoramic view of the mountains and the garden. In the living room you will find three comfortable sofas, a flat screen and a dining table with 8 chairs. From the dining room you can access a space where you can relax and enjoy the views of nature.
In this large garden you will find an infinity pool (5x10 meters).
The house is recommended for golf lovers, since the Santa Cristina d'Aro golf course surrounds this residential area.
