We find an entrance hall that leads to a spacious living-dining room equipped with a table with capacity for 8 people and with large windows. The kitchen is integrated with the dining room and the terrace, it is fully equipped and modern. Passing this room, we find the exit to the outside porch. There is an annex with a toilet and shower. In addition, the magnificent swimming pool is ready for a wonderful holiday.
Bedroom 1 is also on this floor and has a double bed 200x200 with bathroom sink and dressing room.

On this floor, there are three bedrooms
There are three bedrooms: all of them have access to the outside and sea view.
Bedroom 2: has a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: has a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: with double bed and bathroom with shower.

On this floor there is a toilet, access to the garage and a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Outside space
There is a small garden and a wonderful saltwater swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor table for 8 people.

The entrance to the covered garage is located just behind the property and has capacity for 2 cars.

The house is located in the center of Platja d'Aro, an exceptional village that offers a great diversity of family activities, stores, restaurants, as well as guided tours to the old town of Castell d'Aro and access to all the wonderful beaches of our surroundings.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
The price of the cleaning costs includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
For bookings of more than 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.
