This bright house has a spacious living room, TV, and direct access to the sunny terrace. There is a dining area with table and chairs that connects directly to the kitchen, the terrace and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for 6 people.

On this floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
Bedroom 1: double bed (180x190).
Bedroom 2: double bed (180x190).
Bedroom 3: two single beds.
Bathroom 1: shower.
Bathroom 2: toilet.
First floor
Here we find a large bedroom.
Bedroom 4: suite with double bed (180x200) and private bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a large garden area and a chill-out area with sofas, as well as table, chairs and mini sun loungers to enjoy outdoor dinners and the tranquility of the area.

The area
The property is located near Platja de Aro (7 minutes by car), an extraordinary town that offers the best leisure time for families with all kinds of shops, entertainment and restaurants, as well as visits to medieval history in Castell de Aro or Girona. The Costa Brava is famous for its rugged coastline and small coves. In addition, just 2 minutes away you can find the Golf d'Aro where you can enjoy a pleasant climate while playing.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
Not recommended for babies or small children.
