Villa Horizonte is located in the nice and quiet urbanization Mas Nou where you can enjoy your privacy and the spectacular sea views of the Costa Brava. The house is approximately 470m2 and a garden of 2900m2.
Main floor
Through the corridor you will find a spacious and luminated living room with: sofas, fireplace television and dining table. The Livingroom has a direct access to the sunny and flowerful patio with a panoramic view of the coast of Platja d´Aro and Palamós.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc. There is a cozy dining area where you can have your breakfast and enjoy the view of the sea.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1: Beach room; this room has a bunk bed (90x180) and single bed with direct access to the patio.
Bedroom 2: Pink room (ensuite); double bed 180x190 with a direct access to the patio. And a bathroom (1) with shower/bath.
Bedroom 3: Study room: two single beds (90x180) and writersdesk.
All bedrooms are provided with wardrobes.

Firstfloor
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a private bathroom.
The room has a double bed (18x190), a dressing room, air conditioning and has a direct access tot the upper terrace. This terrace has an amazing view of the sea and the city of Platja d’Aro.
In the bathroom you will find a bath and a separate shower.
Next to the stairs, through the corridor you have a access to the inside swimming pool. This pool area has nice views of the garden. The pool area has a bathroom (4) with shower and toilet.
Garden
The property has a big and spacious garden, with a lot of plants and flowers. On the covered porch you will find an outside dining table with chairs where you can enjoy the morning sun. The house has its own water well.
Groups of young people under 25 are not accepted.
The price of the cleaning fee includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
For reservations of more than 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.
